the staff were helpful with ordering taxis. the restaurant adjoining the hotel was an excellent choice for dinner. desserts were very nice too. i felt very comfortable the night i had to eat alone.
i chose a room with a 4 poster bed but got a double. i was told a manager would speak to me but nobody came to offer a resolution. a picture on the website was misleading, it needs to be updated.

Dinner was a real letdown. drinks and food took forever to arrive. my partner's main course was forgotten, yet takeaway orders were flying out. The room key failed twice, so extra trips to reception were needed. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special at all.

The breakfast offered plenty of choices, including cooked items, pastries, fruits, yoghurts, and continental options.
My downstairs room faced the front of the hotel. The room was small! A terrible smell of bad drains came from the bathroom. I could not bring myself to take a shower, and our sleep suffered.

the staff were friendly i got upgraded to a beautiful double room it was a massive room i will stay again the location was great for me to get to the events i was attending i appreciated the free parking with available spaces
i booked a room with a four poster bed however i got a double room the pictures on the website need updates it was misleading also my room needed more cleaning there was a cobweb above the desk with live spiders

location was quite convenient. my room had a pizza slicer as a complement to the pizza. every staff member i encountered provided good service and friendliness.
the shower pressure was very low. i had difficulty showering at 6am.
